Intro to Programming with Scratch

Date: Thursday, May 7
Time: 01:00 pm - 02:00 pm EST
Location: Remote

Introduction to Programming with Scratch will provide you with basic programming knowledge using a visual drag and drop user interface. Studies have shown that learning how to program using tools such as scratch better prepares you for more challenging computer science concepts. The goal of this session will be to get you acclimated to Scratch, learn about loops and conditional statements, and additional scratch resources to help you learn more on your own. You can also use the knowledge you learn in this course to teach your kids how to program and to sign up to volunteer for iSTEM!

This webinar "Intro to Programming with Scratch" is part of the Arcus Education initiative to support the CHOP research community during the temporary lab shutdown.
